Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Thane, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 1- to 3 years (preferably in interior design, architecture, or related industries) Role & responsibilities Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and digital platforms. Understand client needs and promote the companys interior design services accordingly. Present company portfolios, proposals, and quotations to potential clients. Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure client expectations are clearly communicated. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain a strong client relationship post-sale for referrals and repeat business. Attend site meetings, industry events, and exhibitions as required. Maintain CRM records and generate regular sales reports. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. Proven sales experience (interior design, real estate, or architectural sector preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach. Basic understanding of interior design concepts and trends. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Role & responsibilities Sales Management: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and implement site-specific sales strategies and campaigns. Conduct regular market analysis and competitor tracking. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the on-site sales team. Set daily/weekly goals and monitor performance. Conduct training and motivation sessions for team members. Customer Engagement: Ensure excellent customer service experience from enquiry to closure. Oversee site visits, walk-ins, and manage client negotiations. Maintain a professional and welcoming site sales office environment. Reporting & MIS: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management. Track leads, conversions, and follow-up activity using CRM tools. Coordination: Liaise with marketing, CRM, legal, and construction teams for seamless operations. Coordinate with channel partners and brokers to drive footfalls and bookings. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure timely booking documentation, agreement execution, and KYC compliance. Resolve any client issues or concerns in coordination with the CRM/legal team. Preferred candidate profile 12+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems. Thorough knowledge of real estate sales processes and RERA guidelines
