Key Responsibilities: Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute site merchandising strategies to improve conversion rates, search findability, and overall guest engagement. Data & Insights: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to drive optimization and innovation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with category, merchandising, analytics, creative, and marketing teams to develop compelling merchandising themes and seasonal stories. Site Hygiene: Conduct regular checks of the site to ensure an optimal and seamless user experience across devices. Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and lead the site merchandising team to meet business goals and maintain high standards. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or retail merchandising. Strong understanding of online merchandising, marketing analytics, and user experience best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an eye for detail and creativity. Experience in working with cross-functional teams and driving business results through digital platforms. Strong quantitative skills including data analysis and reporting of business/site metrics.
