Job Description We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site In-charge to oversee the operation and maintenance of ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) , RO (Reverse Osmosis) , and MEE (Multiple Effect Evaporator) systems. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, technical expertise, and knowledge of safety norms. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of ETP, RO, and MEE systems. Plan and allocate manpower effectively for site operations. Ensure proper maintenance and troubleshooting of plant equipment. Monitor and report plant performance, ensuring compliance with environmental standards. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth operations. Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to site safety norms. Maintain documentation related to operations, maintenance, and compliance. Candidate Requirements 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in ETP, RO, and MEE operations. Strong communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of manpower planning and resource allocation. Familiar with industrial safety standards and compliance procedures. Ability to join immediately or within 15 days is preferred. Educational qualification: Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental preferred).
