Site Engineer

### *Key Responsibilities:*

Oversee day-to-day activities at project sites to ensure smooth execution.

Coordinate with the project manager, contractors, and site workers for timely progress.

Ensure work is carried out according to safety and quality standards.

Provide regular updates on site progress to the project management team.

Build and maintain good relationships with clients, vendors, and site staff.

### *Requirements:*

Minimum *1–3 years of experience*

in solar project execution (rooftop or ground mount preferred).

Strong *communication skills* and the ability to work well with diverse teams.

Good understanding of solar project components and on-site processes.

Willingness to work independently and travel to different project sites as needed.

Basic understanding of safety practices on-site.
