The ideal candidate will supervise and manage all on-site activities, ensuring quality standards, technical specifications, and project timelines are consistently met. --- Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations for villa construction projects Interpret architectural and structural drawings for execution on-site Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications and safety protocols Monitor progress and provide technical support to workers and subcontractors Handle material management, labor coordination, and resource planning Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports Address site issues promptly and communicate with the Project Coordinator, site Manager, Civil Head, Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental guidelines --- Experience: 2+ years Location: Kochi, Kakkanad Contact: 8848001041 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
