Job Description:

AGF Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-site execution, supervision, and quality control of residential/commercial construction projects near Jewar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is progressing as per the project plan.
• Monitor contractors and laborers to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with the project manager, engineers, and architects to resolve issues.
• Maintain site records including labor deployment, material usage, and work progress.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely execution of work.
• Assist in procurement of materials and manage inventory at the site.
• Ensure compliance with all government and company regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in site execution, preferably in real estate or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in reading civil drawings and site layout plans.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Ability to work in field conditions and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
