Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Site Supervision: Maintain a daily onsite presence to oversee fabrication, installation, and construction work. Quality Control: Verify that materials, finishes, and construction methods adhere to design standards and specifications. Progress Monitoring: T rack daily progress, document site activities, and submit biweekly reports with photographic evidence. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, fabricators, and local partners to resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow. Reporting : Provide daily site updates, maintain RFI logs, and escalate any design discrepancies to the Senior Architect. Full-time onsite presence required at the project site in Patna. Coordination with the Gurgaon team for technical and design guidance.
