Key Responsibilities: Develop and expand model libraries for JuliaSim, particularly in mechanical, hydraulic, thermal, and electrical domains. Build digital twins for systems such as HVACs, batteries, vehicles, and other industry-relevant applications. Collaborate with industry experts to gather and understand customer requirements and integrate them into model development. Work with Git-based workflows and utilize test-driven development and CI/CD pipelines for efficient and high-quality software development. Required Qualifications: Domain knowledge in either Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical engineering fields. Experience using numerical solvers to build and solve 1D models. Proven experience with acausal domain modeling tools such as Modelica, Simscape, Amesim, or/and GPROMs. Proficiency in Git-based workflows, test-driven development, and working with CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of numerical computing with experience in Julia, Matlab, Python, or Fortran, etc. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Julia, SciML, DifferentialEquations.jl and ModelingToolkit.jl to develop scalable and high-performance models. Experience in Controls and Optimization.
