Skills, Experience and Qualifications Experience - 5 to 8 Years Essential: Master’s in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Mechanical System Design or Vibration (preferred). Minimum 5 years of industrial experience in multi-body dynamics (MBD) analysis of electric or hybrid powertrain. Proven expertise with MBD simulation tools (e.g. Simpack, MSC Adams etc). Strong understanding of powertrain systems and their kinematic and dynamic interactions. Experience with NVH, durability and vibration analysis. Familiarity with finite element analysis (FEA) and modal analysis to deal with flexible bodies Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for simulation automation.
