Job Title: Production Manager Silo Industry Department: Production/Operations Location: Palwal, Haryana Reports to: Plant Head / General Manager Job Summary: The Production Manager will oversee the entire production process for silo manufacturing, ensuring efficient operations, quality control, and timely delivery of products. This includes managing manpower, coordinating with design and procurement teams, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and control production schedules to ensure timely delivery of silo systems. Manage day-to-day production operations including fabrication, assembly, welding, and surface finishing. Supervise and lead a team of production supervisors, technicians, and shop floor workers. Monitor production outputs, reduce wastage, and optimize resource utilization. Coordinate with the design/engineering team for product drawings, BOMs, and modifications. Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and implement corrective actions where necessary. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and conduct regular safety audits. Oversee maintenance of machinery and equipment to avoid production downtime. Liaise with supply chain and procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials (e.g., steel sheets, fasteners, coatings).
