You are a highly skilled and experienced Lead Test Engineer with 9 to 14+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. You will be responsible for leading the quality assurance efforts for an accessibility software developed by a globally recognized tech company. Your role involves authoring and executing test cases, leading a team of Software Development Engineers in Test (SDETs) and Software Test Engineers (STEs), reporting testing status to stakeholders, and coordinating software plans. Your key responsibilities include: - Authoring and executing comprehensive test cases for the software. - Leading and mentoring a team of SDETs and STEs. - Reporting testing status, progress, and issues to stakeholders clearly and concisely. - Coordinating and managing software testing plans to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and delivery of software features. To qualify for this role, you must have: - A minimum of 9 to 15 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. - Proficiency in C#, SilkCentral, and UFT. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and reporting skills. - Hands-on experience with test automation and test case management. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of agile methodologies and practices, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,
