Signage Estimator & Procurement Executive

Are you experienced in signage estimation and procurement? We are looking for a skilled professional to join our dynamic team and support our growing signage projects with accurate costings and timely sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for signage projects, including materials, labour, and installation.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and site requirements to determine project scope and costing.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source quality materials at the best rates.
• Maintain updated price lists and negotiate rates with vendors.
• Support project managers with procurement planning and material delivery timelines.
• Ensure quotations are competitive, timely, and aligned with project budgets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in signage estimation or a similar role in the signage/advertising industry.
• Strong knowledge of signage materials, fabrication processes, and installation methods.
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and AutoCAD – essential for reading and working with design files and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, estimation software, and basic drawing interpretation.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple quotations simultaneously.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
