Roles and Responsibilities Provide sign language interpretation services for deaf individuals. Translate spoken languages into sign language. Collaborate with hearing-impaired clients to understand their communication needs and preferences. Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure effective communication and build trust through consistent support. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information related to client's personal matters. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience as a Sign Language Interpreter or equivalent role. Proficiency in ASL or other recognized sign languages; ability to learn new signs quickly. Strong understanding of English grammar, vocabulary, and syntax; excellent translation skills between spoken English and sign language. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
