Mission : Drive on a daily basis the safe and cost-effective execution of maintenance work through a maximum of upfront preparation and anticipation of events, required tools/parts etc. Ensure all improvement ideas captured within the work execution process are clearly embedded in job plans, communicated and implemented Develop, communicate and maintain a workable schedule to balance work requirements and site priorities across production needs and maintenance resource constraints Ensure schedule meets production priorities and is optimized across entire site (e.g. through weekly schedule commitment meeting and daily operations meeting) Evaluate the potential impact of the issues on the line Asses and assign in cooperation with production, appropriate priority to the notification received and time frame for completion of the tasks. Decide latest date of repair intervention for each work Main responsibilities : Providing detailed job plans that insure safe and efficient execution of all maintenance jobs Writing SOPs, if new materials are required for job completion Managing the work notification and work order backlog by: Returning incomplete or poorly defined work notifications to Production Reviewing backlog and planning list Grouping notifications together that can be planned and worked as a single order Coordinating with Production to ensure job plans meet the timing requirements of production Developing or copying the work order job plan and clearly documenting required skill crafts, duration, specialty tools and necessary equipment, safety permits etc. Creating purchase order for necessary components Building and maintaining the job plan library, incl. ensuring accurate plans exist for high- frequency jobs; Updating job plans to ensure necessary changes or improvements are incorporated, and efficiencies are captured Forwarding completed ready to schedule” job packages to the Scheduler Accountabilities : Number of Jobs in Job Plan library Planned vs. Actual Hours Quality of Job Plans (per maintenance technician feedback) % of Work Orders planned per week Backlog of unplanned work orders

Responsibilities Generate and Request Purchase orders for goods and services required by the business in the cluster Negotiate supplier contracts for small value purchases and execute accordingly, assuring all is done in compliance with Sibelco procurement policies and procedures Resolve PO mismatches Handle master data change requests and act as a single point of contact for contract changes Secure discipline in good receipts update by the people in the cluster. Responsibilities Production activities Supervise the production activities in the site and ensure the activities are performed in a safe and healthy way. Ensure the production team, both own employees and subcontractors, perform their activities considering safety and healthy as the highest priority. Motivate people to report unsafe/unhealthy behaviour/issues. Ensure exploitation according to the rules as set in the permits and develop a yearly workplan to be approved by the local authorities. Control the activities are performed within the predefined budget and alert the sales team on time when problems arise.
