Deliver reliability improvement projects and day to day reliability support as well as systematically update and optimize the preventive maintenance strategy to ensure safe operations and emphasize the ability of all equipment to function without failure, in collaboration with Sibelco plant maintenance, production and engineering teams. Set-up, follow-up and maintain relevant IT processes and reporting to support and visualize maintenance activities and KPI’s. Responsibilities Lead and ensure execution of reliability excellence/maintenance programs. Create and maintain reliability maintenance strategy documents. Implement Lean manufacturing tools to empower employees and facilitate growth to ensure improvement of the financial performance, in collaboration with Maintenance Planners/Supervisors Develop, manage and monitor KPI’s and ensure optimal reporting: Develop and maintain new KPI’s of equipment reliability. Lead in maintenance improvement tools (PM Optimization, RCM, RCA, RCFA, FMEA, etc.) and knowledgeable in predictive maintenance tools (Vibration, Ultrasound, Thermography, etc). Maintain a high level of technical competency in advanced maintenance technology. Advise and support the Maintenance Supervisors/Managers. Roll out learnings and workshops and take an active role. Knowledge of Sibelco's safety regulations and ensure activities are in compliance with those regulations. About You Master level in mechanics or electronics or equal by experience Minimum 10-15 years engineering experience, including experience with mechanical design/testing, international quality standards. Minimum 5 years utility systems/management and/or facilities/plant management and maintenance. Experience in the Mining industry is preferred. Certified Plant Engineer or Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional is preferred. Handle day-to-day inventory management activities (e.g. stock movements, stock counts, stock corrections, ...), order stock items and perform the related administration as well as providing first aid in case of accidents in order to provide the staff members with the necessary materials and medical care in a timely manner. Responsibilities : Ensure a correct and friendly service at the counter and supervise borrowed materials Hand over materials and tools based on a receipt and perform searches in the relevant IT system when needed Provide relevant information about orders, materials and tools in the relevant IT system Receive the loaned materials and tools and ensures that the loaned tools are returned in good condition Perform minor repairs on loaned equipment and tools Accept and control deliveries and signs the related documents, in the absence of the warehouse supervisor Make sure the administration is correctly done (compliant with ISO-regulations) and the database is up to date Sort and classify receipts Keep the database up to date regarding loaned material and deliveries Fill in order forms and documents Draw up non-conformity reports concerning deliveries, articles, etc Request and compare price offers. Provide an orderly stock and correct stock count Provide first aid in case of accidents Perform first aid activities and call the emergency services if needed Order new first aid products to ensure there is always sufficient supplies in the first aid cabinet.
