Role & responsibilities Monitor repair and maintenance of Incinerator, Autoclave, Shredder & ETP. Plan and execute preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance schedules. Prepare requirements of spares, plant consumables, and other related items and arrange for procurement in coordination with the stores department. Constantly monitor the waste feeding process, check the emissions, ensure they are per the PCB rules, and take proper measures to meet the guidelines. Monitor the ETP & DG set operations and attend to the troubleshooting as and when required. Create safe working conditions/environment for the shift workers by educating them on the safe practices to be followed during the operations. Ensure that employees wear the proper PPE during working hours. Ensure all operational compliance, follow SOPs, and have CEMS functional.
