We are committed to offering unmatched service, product knowledge, and customer engagement.Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and polished Showroom Sales Representative who will act as the brand ambassador for our luxury automobile dealership. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in handling high-net-worth clients, a passion for luxury vehicles, and the ability to deliver a seamless and elevated customer journey.Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement & Consultation:Greet walk-in customers with confidence, professionalism, and courtesy.Understand client preferences, lifestyle, and requirements to recommend the most suitable vehicle models.Deliver detailed product walkarounds, vehicle comparisons, and live feature demonstrations.Sales Process Management:Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, vehicle presentation, negotiation, booking, finance coordination, to final delivery.Coordinate test drives, explain features, pricing, finance/EMI options, and after-sales services.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in CRM software.Client Relationship & Retention:Build strong, lasting relationships with HNI/UHNI clientele to encourage repeat and referral business.Ensure a premium and personalized buying experience by offering concierge-level service and attention to detail.Follow up with prospects and existing clients through phone, email, WhatsApp, and personal visits.Brand Representation & Product Knowledge:Stay updated on the latest model specifications, upgrades, promotions, and market trends.Represent the brand at exclusive events, roadshows, launch events, and luxury exhibitions.Educate clients on luxury car technology, safety, customization options, and ownership benefits.Showroom Presentation & Coordination:Maintain a clean, well-organized, and luxurious showroom ambiance.Work closely with sales, admin, finance, and service teams to ensure smooth client experience and timely deliveries.Candidate Requirements:Essential Skills & Qualifications:Minimum of 5+ years of showroom sales experience in luxury automobiles or high-end real estate.Graduate or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (spoken and written).A well-groomed appearance, confident body language, and strong interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to interact with elite clientele and drive premium product sales.Preferred Attributes:Sales experience with brands like Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Jaguar, Porsche, or luxury real estate developers.Existing network of HNI/UHNI customers.Customer-first mindset and service excellence approach.Basic technical knowledge of automobiles and interest in luxury automotive trends.Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, Outlook, and sales reporting.Personality Fit:Polished, elegant, and sophisticated presentation.Confident yet courteous demeanor.High emotional intelligence and listening skills.Result-driven with a consultative sales approach.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-oriented environment.What We Offer:Opportunity to represent global luxury car brands.Competitive salary, incentives, and attractive performance-based bonuses.Professional grooming, luxury brand training, and career growth opportunities.Exposure to exclusive events and high-profile clientele.
