Job Description

Job Title: Showroom Sales Executive
Location: Kottayam
Experience Required: 0–3 years
Gender Preference: Male
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers
Maintain the display and cleanliness of the showroom
Handle billing and basic stock updates
Achieve monthly individual sales targets
Follow up with potential leads and support repeat business
Report daily sales activities to the manager

Requirements:

0–3 years of experience in retail sales (Freshers can apply)
Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English
Customer-friendly and result-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of billing and inventory handling
Male candidates preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

Performance bonus
Yearly bonus
