Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in selecting saree products. Maintain in-depth knowledge of saree designs, fabrics, and trends. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Build and maintain customer relationships. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing. Conduct product demonstrations and fabric care instructions. Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment. Qualifications Previous retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or textiles. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
