• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of jewelry products, materials, and designs.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management.
• A keen eye for detail and aesthetic presentation.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
