At Marquardt India, we are currently hiring a Senior Engineer for Lean Manufacturing / Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement / Shopfloor Improvement at our plant in Talegaon. Role & Responsibilities : 1) To successfully implement lean projects like Value Stream Mapping, labeling, synchronization, and pull systems 2) Pay attention to the full plant visualization 3) Implementing 5S in a new plant 4) Operatory and discussion training for shop floor personnel 5) A stronger emphasis on cost reduction 6) Branding involvement with CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) and ACMA (Automotive Component Manufacturing Association of India) Interested candidates can share their updated resume on - sheetal.gaikwad@marquardt.com
