The role based in Mohali, Punjab, India will involve supporting Global Contract related activities and Settlements for Dry and Oil Agricultural products across various Bunge Entities. As a key member of the Trade Execution team, you will collaborate with Business Units to understand their needs and provide efficient solutions to ensure desired outcomes and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a male Logistics Coordinator to join our team at our Warehouse location in Madhavaram, Chennai. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and processing customer orders, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of goods, and coordinating with warehouses and delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in logistics and hold a qualification of Any Graduate. The work timings for this position are from 10.00 am to 6.30 pm on a full-time basis. Your main responsibilities will include tracking shipments, resolving any delivery issues or delays, maintaining accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory, and preparing shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes. In addition, you will be expected to handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers, providing order status updates, delivery ETA, and addressing any queries or complaints. Role Purpose Statement This position is responsible to execute shipments/vessels and ensure flawless execution of commodity trade contracts, which services the GVA operations for Bunge Group. In addition, there is also responsibility to support Officers in transaction processing & issue resolution.
