JOB DESCRIPTION Location: CIPL , Thiruvallur Job Title: Order Analyst Department: Supply Chain Reports: D&O Manager JOB PURPOSE: The Order Analyst contributes by providing communication, transaction and data management to cross functional team thereby meeting business requirements. The job purpose is to primarily work with Master Production Scheduler, Order Management, Assembly, Shipment and Outbound transportation team for timely shipment planning and execution. Must ensure dealer orders are received, tracked, checked and processed for defect free invoicing to the dealer/ customer JOB DUTIES: Order analyst primary duties consist of validating all order punched by dealer Order validation and Sale order creation Production Order creation and release for manufacturing operations Work with assembly operations to track machine readiness as per shipment schedule Work with transportation team for timely placement of trucks aligning to shipment schedule Invoice processing as per order received and the machine ready for shipment Perform invoicing for scrap which are transported by scrap dealer Sale Mode invoicing for the parts which are sold to suppliers Generate the daily / weekly reports to Cross functional team on all open issues BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE: Order Analyst may qualify for the positions with a bachelors degree. Need Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply chain field such as Documentation, Invoicing and Warehousing in an ERP environment Should have basic knowledge in ERP systems Need better communication skills, Critical thinking Skills and Problem-solving skills. Strong Excel skills (proficiency in pivot tables, v lookups, and “if” statements) Strong analytical skills – able to identify anomalies in data and solve them quickly and effectively Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent follow-up and attention to detail

Candidate should have experience (6-8 years) in Implementing Fusion Cloud Order Management SCM modules. Candidate needs to have good understanding of implementation life cycle and must have worked as a lead consultant for Oracle Order Management. Worked on end-end functionalities of Order to Cash cycle like Order Management, Inventory Management, Product Lifecycle management, Product Data Hub, Manufacturing. Integration Knowledge with other modules in Oracle cloud like Procurement, & Shipping/3PL like Shipment Planning, Shipping Networks, Freight settlement, Rates, Container Planning, Customs handling, landed cost Etc. Experience of at least 1 End to End Implementation Oracle SCM Cloud. Oracle SCM Certification is preferred. Demonstrate expertise during Discovery sessions to gather business requirements & conduct Fit-Gap analysis. Should have strong understanding of business processes and able to design and deliver the solution. Experience of preparing & managing project document deliverables like Configuration Guides, Process flows, User Stories, Test scripts & Testing and able to support UAT and post Go-live Hypercare. Should be able to lead cross functional discussions to analyze the requirements and brainstorm the solutions. Able to advise and lead on best practice, map business processes to delivered functionality, document requirements, configure application functionality, and assist with testing. Experience supporting workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate). Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint, etc.). Role Purpose: To calculate, execute and manage Inventory movements of Inflight Service products for multiple pharma customers. A successful airline requires a successful supply chain and it is the Control Tower Administrator's role to coordinate, as part of a small dedicated team, the movements of products from suppliers through to aicraft provisioners of all onboard products. Through the use of loading plans, consumption forecasts and a supply plan you will be a key part of ensuring that every flight leaves with everything it requires through the management of daily stock movements across the UK and Europe. Main Accountabilities: Execute the daily suppy plan of the Control Tower, ensuring stock availability at all stations. Manage inventory at the central warehouse, demonstrating control of Inbound / Outbound orders and volumes. Create regular reporting and updates to suppliers, and Customer Inflight and Finance teams.
