JOB PURPOSE

Control of production Activities and Plan Execution

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily operations of the production line, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
• Provide leadership and direction to working manpower during shift.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing organization’s standards.
• Assist in the planning and execution of production schedules
• Ensure all production documentation, such as reports and logs, are maintained and updated
• Assist in implementing and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training for existing.
• Monitor and control resources, including raw materials, components, and manpower to meet production targets
