Job description DESIGN & DOCUMENTATION Education and Experience Required: Diploma / Engg. Graduate having knowledge in AUTO CAD 2020 to 2022 . Having experience as Design Engineer so to prepare PANEL GA & IA drawings and independently prepare Wiring drawings. To prepare SHELTER GA and IA drawings and involved in layouts drawing preparation, grounding schemes, loop drawings etc To analyse GS of instruments and accordingly place them in the Panels. Knowledge of tube fittings dimensions and hook up drawings is an advantage. • Pneumatic symbols and drawings to be done independently . • To update As built drawings . • To submit Final Documentation to Customers . • Assist during FAT for PANEL GA checking . • Cable and Tray Layout in SHELTER and PROCESS plants . • To design SHELTERS, PORTA CABINS, CEMS PANELS , SWAS systems is an added advantage . • Knowledge of MS office. (WORD & EXCEL) Skills and Competency: To prepare SHELTER GA and IA drawings and involved in layouts drawing preparation, grounding schemes, loop drawings etc To analyse GS of instruments and accordingly place them in the Panels. As built drawings and to prepare to submit Final Documentation to Customers. Assist during FAT for PANEL GA checking. Well coordination with team members and other subordinates to complete the assigned task within the given time frame Cable and Tray Layout in SHELTER and PROCESS plants. Key Responsibilities: To support Project Managers in preparation of Engineering Drawings, Documentation such as BOM, assembly drawings etc Timely preparation of documents to submit to customer for approvals Capable to understand the customer comments and timely update on the corrections.
