Key Responsibilities: Oversee safe installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of plant machinery and systems. Drive commissioning/start-up activities including FATs and SATs for new equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical systems including pumps, filling and packing lines, robotics, and instrumentation. Implement and manage a preventive and predictive maintenance system using SAP PM. Develop SOPs, technical documentation, and maintenance logs in line with compliance standards. Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement needs. Lead and conduct technical training for technicians and operators. Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental (SHE) protocols and contribute to incident prevention initiatives. Participate in safety audits, risk assessments, and mock drills; support permit-to-work processes and SHE documentation. Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering 4–5 years of experience in plant or production engineering roles, preferably in the FMCG or personal care sector Experience with SAP PM, industrial automation, and instrumentation Strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills Working knowledge of safety and environmental compliance standards Reporting To: Head – Plant Engineering Work Mode: On-Site
