We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SharePoint Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SharePoint Online (O365), SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and Power Platform, with a strong understanding of business requirements and collaboration needs. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Online and SPFx. Customize and configure SharePoint lists, libraries, content types, and workflows. Integrate SharePoint with external systems and APIs (e.g., REST APIs, Graph API). Develop Power Automate (Flow) workflows and Power Apps to automate business processes. Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Implement site provisioning, permission management, and governance policies. Maintain and support existing SharePoint solutions and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Ensure responsive and user-friendly UI/UX across all SharePoint components. Required Skills: 3+ years of experience in SharePoint development (Online/2013/2016/2019). Strong experience with SharePoint Online , SPFx (React or TypeScript) . Proficiency in JavaScript , HTML5 , CSS3 , and REST API . Experience in developing Power Automate (Flow) and Power Apps . Hands-on experience with PnP JS , PnP PowerShell , or other SharePoint utilities. Experience with SharePoint Lists, Libraries , Content Types , and Site Columns . Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and authentication mechanisms. Experience in working with Modern SharePoint UI and Teams integration . Good to Have / Supporting Skills: Familiarity with Azure Functions , Azure Logic Apps , and Azure AD . Experience with SharePoint Migration Tools (e.g., ShareGate, Metalogix).
