Title: Sharepoint developer Years of experience: 7+years Location: Bangalore Hybrid (Work from office 3 days, working hrs 01:00PM to 10:00PM EST) Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days Job Description: Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Associate SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and customize SharePoint solutions that meet our business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On-Premises, a solid background in development (SPFx, JavaScript, C#), and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) , JavaScript , TypeScript , React , HTML/CSS , and C#/.NET . Create and maintain SharePoint Online and On-Premises solutions including custom web parts , apps , workflows , forms , and page customizations . Develop business process automation solutions using Power Automate , Power Apps , and PowerShell . Collaborate with business analysts and end users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Customize and extend out-of-the-box SharePoint capabilities using client-side and server-side development. Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, Azure services, APIs). Implement governance and security standards for custom development. Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues and bugs. Assist in migrating legacy SharePoint solutions and third-party tools to modern SharePoint Online environments. Stay current on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint platform updates, features, and best practices. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of SharePoint development experience , with at least 2 years at a senior level. Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online , SharePoint 2016/2019 , and SPFx development . Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript , React , REST APIs , CSOM/JSOM , and .NET (C#) . Experience developing and deploying Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate). Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, lists, libraries, permissions, and site collections. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps) and CI/CD processes. Experience with PnP (Patterns and Practices) libraries and tools. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft 365 or SharePoint development certifications (e.g., MS-600: Building Applications and Solutions with Microsoft 365 Core Services). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with modern authentication methods (OAuth, Azure AD). Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver on time.
