Job Location - PAN INDIA We are seeking a skilled SharePoint & Power Platform Developer with 48 years of experience in designing and building custom solutions using SharePoint Online/On-Prem, SPFx, Power Apps, and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, enhancing automation, and ensuring seamless integration across Microsoft 365 services. Key Responsibilities: Analyze functional requirements and design technical solutions for SharePoint. Develop custom solutions using SharePoint Online/On-Prem, SPFx web parts, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Design and implement Power Automate workflows to replace existing Slack workflows. Build and maintain custom connectors for Power Automate. Identify and integrate third-party applications within Microsoft Teams. Configure and deploy Teams apps via the Teams Admin Center. Develop and manage PowerShell scripts for Teams automation. Ensure integration of Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services. Conduct thorough testing and validation of developed solutions. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all workflows and apps. Develop custom Power Apps applications to streamline business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Research and recommend third-party or Microsoft-native alternatives to meet evolving business needs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience in developing SPFx solutions (mandatory). Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint development. Experience with Power Platform integration and workflow automation. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams configuration and app deployment. Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Microsoft Power Platform certification is a plus.
