Key Responsibilities: Edit high-quality video content for digital platforms including Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, ads, and brand films Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to develop compelling visual narratives Ensure final videos align with brand tone and campaign goals Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, music, and SFX as needed Manage post-production workflows including color correction, audio syncing, and basic animation Organize and maintain project files for easy access and iteration Stay updated on digital content trends, video formats, and platform best practices Requirements: 2-3 years of professional experience in video editing Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro , After Effects , and other relevant tools (e.g., Audition, Photoshop) Familiarity with digital marketing content formats and social-first editing styles Basic understanding of storytelling, visual pacing, and audience engagement Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously A collaborative mindset with a strong attention to details. What You Need to Bring: 2+ years of professional 2D animation experience. Familiarity with AI tools like Runway ML, Pictory, Descript, Adobe Firefly, Google Veo, Klings, Vidu, or similar. Strong creative eye, storytelling skills, and attention to detail. Knowledge of character rigging, VFX, SFX, transitions, motion graphics, and illustration-based storyboarding. Video editing skills are considered an added advantage and highly valued.
