SFDC Lead

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Lightning Web Components (LWC). Your role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translating them into secure and scalable solutions. You will conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing Salesforce applications. Additionally, maintaining and enhancing Salesforce applications while adhering to industry standards and best practices will be part of your responsibilities. Creating and managing technical documentation, such as design specifications and test scripts, is crucial for this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality projects. Staying updated with the latest Salesforce capabilities and tools is essential to continuously improve development practices. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. - Proven expertise with Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, Apex, Visualforce, and integrations. - Salesforce Developer certification is highly desirable. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
