Role & responsibilities Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SuccessFactors Reporting Analyst to develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards within the SAP SuccessFactors platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Advanced Reporting, Canvas reports and Story Reports, with strong skills in data analysis and visualization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Report Development & Maintenance: o Design, develop, and maintain reports using Story Reports, Advanced Reporting and Canvas Reports. o Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with business requirements. o Optimize existing reports for better performance and user experience. 2. Data Analysis & Insights: o Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights that support business decisions. o Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to understand reporting needs. o Provide ad-hoc reports and dashboards for various stakeholders. 3. SuccessFactors Administration & Enhancements: o Configure and customize SuccessFactors reporting modules as per business needs. o Work with the Business team to troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues. o Stay updated with new features in SuccessFactors People Analytics & Reporting. o Employee Central portlet wise knowledge is required. We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Professional with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on consulting experience in SAP HR/Payroll projects. The ideal candidate will have strong, current expertise in SAP AU Payroll and Australian legislation , coupled with a solid understanding of SAP HR and various SuccessFactors Talent Modules. This role requires an individual who can actively provide solutions, lead testing phases, and manage project deliverables. Key Responsibilities: SAP HR/Payroll Expertise: Deliver end-to-end solutions within SAP AU Payroll, Personnel Administration, and Organization Management . Possess current and strong experience (within the last 2+ years) in SAP AU Payroll and Australian legislation , including STP Payroll . SuccessFactors Talent Modules: Work with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Modules , specifically Performance and Goals (PMGM), Compensation, and Learning (LMS) . Integration & Technical Support: Provide solutions for technical issues and challenges, demonstrating an ability to troubleshoot effectively. Utilize previous experience with integration between SAP and other systems (both cloud and on-premise). Project Delivery & Testing Leadership: Prepare high-quality project artifacts/deliverables, including Detailed Designs, Unit Test (UT) & System Test (ST) Test Cases, Run Sheets, and Backout plans. Play a lead role in supporting SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), BVT (Business Verification Testing) , and managing Change Requests . Service Management: Apply experience in IT Service Management , including risk management . Required Skills & Experience: Total Years of Experience: 8-10 years. Relevant Years of Experience: 8+ years of hands-on consulting experience. Mandatory Skills:SAP HCM and SF (SuccessFactors). Role & responsibilities The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Support Analyst is responsible for providing comprehensive support for the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll (ECP) systems. This role requires extensive experience in configuring Employee Central Payroll , ensuring seamless integration with payroll processes, and maintaining system efficiency. The analyst will collaborate with Client AMS Support Partner, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to optimize payroll operations and ensure compliance with Australian payroll regulations. System Configuration and Maintenance Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to meet business requirements and Australian Payroll Legislation. Ensure the accuracy and sustainability of payroll results for monthly, off-cycle ad hoc, and ad-hoc payroll cycles. Design, configure, and test prototype and production payroll solutions to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Technical Support and Troubleshooting Provide technical support for production and integration issues. Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to payroll processes. Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for payroll-related incidents and requests. Business Requirements and Process Improvement Gather and document business requirements for payroll processes. Conduct gap analysis and process definition to identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain functional specifications for changes or new features in the payroll system. Testing and Quality Assurance Perform system integration testing and user acceptance testing. Write and execute test scripts to ensure the accuracy and reliabilityof payroll solutions. Manage system testing to ensure procedures are thoroughly tested before release. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience as an SAP Payroll supporting role, with a strong track record of system configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance Experience and in-depth knowledge and technical capability in SAP SuccessFactors modules: EC (Position Management, Time Management), EC Payroll. Proficiency in managing SAP Authorizations and system security roles and access controls Demonstrated expertise with Payroll data analysis, metrics, reporting, and presentation.
