The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLC programming , HMI/SCADA system development , and industrial automation . This role involves the design, development, testing, and implementation of automation solutions for manufacturing and industrial applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and program PLC systems using platforms like Allen-Bradley (RS Logix/Studio 5000) , Siemens (TIA Portal/S7) , Mitsubishi , or equivalent. Design and configure HMI/SCADA systems (e.g., FactoryTalk View, WinCC, Wonderware). Read and interpret electrical schematics , P&IDs , and control system documentation . Install, test, debug, and optimize PLC code to meet project and process requirements. Integrate and troubleshoot sensors , actuators , VFDs , servo systems , and other automation components . Perform system upgrades, backup/restore tasks , and maintain technical documentation. Collaborate closely with electrical, mechanical, and process engineering teams . Provide technical support during machine installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases. Ensure all systems comply with safety , quality , and industry regulations . Candidate Requirements: Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering , Mechatronics , Automation , or a related discipline. 58 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming and automation engineering. Strong proficiency in: RSLogix 500/5000 Studio 5000 TIA Portal (Siemens S7) SCADA Systems (FactoryTalk, WinCC, etc.) Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP , Modbus , or Profibus . Strong analytical , troubleshooting , and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel to job sites or manufacturing plants if required.
