Role & responsibilities 1. Trouble Shooting & Preventive Maintenance of Komatsu make Servo Press Machines [Transfer & Tandem Line], Material handling robots (Yasukawa,Nachi,Kawasaki), sheet washing m/c, Scrap transfer conveyors,etc. 2. Condition Based Maintenance - Grasp & Judge -Current,Temperature,Vibration. 3. Breakdown Maintenance ( Troubleshooting & Repair - Mechanical/Electrical/Pneu/Hydraulics) 4. Able to work on PLC (Mitsubishi), Servo Drives (Fanuc) - Programming, parts change & Diagnose 5. Able to work on Material Handling Cranes - Wire rope/brakes/Inverters. 6. Able to replace parts [Elec & Mech] in servo press, robots, roller sheet washing machines. 7. Carryout horizontal deployment & Change point management. Preferred candidate profile 1. Planning & Execution of - Preventive, Breakdown, Predictive Maintenance. 2. Knowledge on Pneumatics, Hydraulics, PLC - Omron / Mitsubishi, Robot (Yasukawa, Nachi & Kawasaki), Fanuc controllers. 3. IT networking understanding for Equipment's - Ethernet, LAN, FL-Net, CC-Link. 4. Understanding of latest Digital technologies - Symptom Grasping Tools, IoT, WiFi Data transfer. 5. Good communication skills & Leadership qualities - to Lead a team of Technicians. 6. Spares - Planning /Procurement / Inventory / SAP know-how. 7. Kaizen Mind - for carrying out Innovations towards Safety/Quality/Productivity/Human Dev.
