As our ServiceNow Test Lead, you will:

Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for our ServiceNow platform.
Lead and mentor a team of testers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Create detailed test cases and scripts based on user stories and acceptance criteria, while managing defects effectively.
Leverage ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework to create and maintain automated test scripts, improving testing efficiency.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to align testing with project goals and timelines.
Provide regular updates on testing progress, including test coverage, defect status, and quality assessments, while ensuring compliance with testing standards and best practices.
