Job description: Project Role: ServiceNow (Order Management for telecom & Field Service Management Modules) Software Test Engineer & Playwright & TestRail. Joining Timelines: Immediate to 15 days joiners Only. Work Experience: ServiceNow Testing experience of 8 to 10 years in ServiceNow OMT & FSM based BSS/OSS testing & experience of Playwright Automation. Experience in Telecom Domain is MUST. ServiceNow OMT - Order Management for Telecom Module experience is MUST. ServiceNow FSM - Field Service Management experience is MUST. Also having hands-on experience in TestRail Test Management tool is MUST. Experience in Playwright Automation. Work location: Remote. Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate in Computer Science/ Information Technology/Engineering. Must Have Skills: Must have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of Testing experience in ServiceNow CRM - ServiceNow OMT - Order Management for Telecom & ServiceNow FSM - Field Service Management. Experience in TestRail Test Management tool. Experience in Telecom Domain. Experience in Jira Tool - Defect Management. Hands-on-Experience Web UI, API & Mobile App Testing. Expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities (OMT, FSM, GIS, TNI, TSM, TSOM & CMDB). Experience in Playwright for telecom domain. Exposure to working in the Agile Delivery Model. ServiceNow or ISTQB Testing Certification. Soft Skills: Hands on analytical, problem solving and debugging skills. Ability to work under pressure. Curiosity and eagerness to work in a collaborative and open team culture. Excellent communication skills and ability to present results in a concise manner to technical & non-technical stakeholders.
