ServiceNow - IRM - SecOps - Senior

As a Senior Developer IRM/SecOps at EY, you will be an integral part of the EY GDS-ServiceNow team, dedicated to solving client problems using the ServiceNow platform. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a high-quality team and contribute to building innovative products that address client needs effectively. Your key responsibilities will include configuring and customizing the ServiceNow system, creating workflows, automating tasks using scripting tools, integrating systems, and conducting system and integration testing. You will collaborate with business departments to gather specifications, interpret requirements, and develop technical documentation to ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow releases. To excel in this role, you must possess expertise in ServiceNow implementation, with skills in authentication protocols, disciplined agile delivery processes, JavaScript, HTML, Angular JS, and Service Portal implementation. Experience in IRM, SecOps, ITOM, and Performance Analytics applications is highly desirable. To qualify for this position, you should hold a college degree in a related technology field or have equivalent job experiences, along with CSA and minimum 2 CIS certifications in IRM/SecOps/ITOM. Ideal candidates will have 3 to 6 years of development experience and familiarity with ITIL foundations certification. Additionally, experience with SDLC, TFS, JIRA, or equivalent tools and knowledge of ServiceNow's latest versions features are beneficial.
