The hybrid Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, ITSM processes, and platform administration. This role involves working in a hybrid mode from our Hyderabad office and requires flexibility to work in the 2 PM to 11 PM shift to align with global teams. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements. Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate enhancements using JavaScript, Glide, and REST/SOAP integrations. Implement and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement workflows, forms, and custom scripts. Perform platform administration, including user and group management, accesscontrols, and instance upgrades. Troubleshoot and resolve system and integration issues. Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures. Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development and administration. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 8 years of total IT experience , with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration . Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM module implementation and customization. Proficient in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flows . Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. In-depth understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model . Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Catalog. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is a strong plus. Experience with other ServiceNow modules like HRSD, ITOM, or SecOps is an advantage. Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodology. Work Mode & Shift: Hybrid work model Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad. Must be open to work in 2 PM to 11 PM IST shift .
