Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.).
Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Implement and enhance Service Portals and Performance Analytics dashboards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and release management.
Maintain documentation and support knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Experience:

6+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in ServiceNow development.
Strong hands-on experience with ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting frameworks.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
Experience with Scoped Applications and Flow Designer.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-ITSM) preferred.
