Job Description

Job Role & responsibilities:-

Lead the administration, configuration, and development of the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions.
Manage ServiceNow upgrades, integrations, and enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
Oversee governance, security, and compliance of the platform.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the ServiceNow team.
Ensure alignment of ServiceNow capabilities with organizational goals and IT service management best practices.
Monitor performance and user adoption, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Work closely with vendors and stakeholders to manage contracts and ServiceNow licensing.

Technical Skills, Experince & Qulifiction required:-

Proven experience as a
ServiceNow
Expertise in
IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM)
using ServiceNow.
Strong knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, Glide), integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), and workflows.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Mandatory Certifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
ITIL Certification

Immediate Joiners will be preferred

Outstation candidate's will not be considered
