Key Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Perform configuration tasks across the ServiceNow platform including tables, forms, workflows, and business rules
Drive CSDM (Common Service Data Model) upliftment and implementation across IT services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define service models and CI relationships
Conduct periodic audits and reconciliation of the CMDB data
Support incident, change, and problem management processes tied to the CMDB
Skills Required
2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow CMDB and Configuration Management
Knowledge of CSDM framework and CMDB architecture
Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integration tools
Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Open to rotational shifts and flexible work hours
