As a Data Analyst, you are expected to have: - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow applications like GRC/IRM, ITSM, ITBM. - Minimum 5 years of practical experience with ITIL and ITSM modules. - Ability to comprehend complex business and functional requirements. - Superior analytical skills to analyze user, functional, and technical requirements. - Proficiency in deriving test scenarios from business requirements and writing detailed test cases based on user scenarios. - Understanding of analyzing test execution results and creating appropriate test metrics. - Familiarity with the defect management process and ServiceNow Test Management. - Knowledge of automation testing concepts and hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF. - Capability to enhance automation scripts for building a regression suite. - Understanding of software testing techniques and strategies, including Mobile Testing. - Knowledge of various Test Management and Defect Management tools. - Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Certifications in ServiceNow (CSA, ITIL, ATF) and ISTQB Certification are considered nice-to-have qualifications.
