Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities of a PRO in a Bodyshop:1. Customer Relations:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding repairs, services, and pricing.
  • Provide regular updates on the progress of vehicle repairs.
  • Collect customer feedback to improve service quality.

2. Coordination and Communication:

  • Liaise between the bodyshop team (technicians, service advisors) and customers to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies to facilitate claims processing for repair work.
  • Ensure timely communication between suppliers, vendors, and the bodyshop for spare parts or other needs.

3. Documentation and Compliance:

  • Handle paperwork related to vehicle repairs, insurance claims, and government compliance.
  • Ensure that the bodyshop adheres to local laws and regulations, such as environmental and safety standards.
  • Manage licensing, permits, and other legal documentation.

4. Marketing and Brand Promotion:

  • Promote the bodyshop’s services through marketing campaigns, social media, and other platforms.
  • Represent the bodyshop at community events or industry gatherings to build brand awareness.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses or organizations.

5. Conflict Resolution:

  • Mediate disputes between customers and the bodyshop to ensure satisfactory resolutions.
  • Address complaints or negative feedback promptly and effectively.

6. Strategic Development:

  • Work with management to develop strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and industry trends.

7. Reporting:

  • Prepare reports on customer satisfaction, marketing efforts, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Provide insights to management for improving service quality and customer relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
