As a Food Server at TA 66, an exclusive 26-seater vegetarian fine dining restaurant located in Churchgate, Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for serving food and beverages with precision, acting as a liaison between the kitchen and dining area, and maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and efficiency throughout the restaurant. Your key responsibilities will include providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring timely delivery of orders, and maintaining the cleanliness of glasses, cutlery, and dishes. You will be expected to communicate effectively with guests, offer menu insights, and assist with basic food preparation and plating as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up tables before each seating and ensuring they are cleared efficiently post-service. The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience in food service or fine dining, although it is not mandatory. Strong customer service and communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential. Basic knowledge of food handling and service etiquette, keen attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation, as well as a friendly and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills are key qualifications required for this position.
