As a service and maintenance technician, you will be responsible for attending service and maintenance calls at customer locations, predominantly Rice Mills. Your key tasks will include the installation and commissioning of new machinery, adjusting and optimizing machine settings for quality output such as grain or rice sorting, providing troubleshooting support for mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues, performing preventive maintenance, and generating service reports. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with the internal team for spare parts or upgrades when necessary and maintain customer satisfaction by resolving issues swiftly and effectively. This full-time position offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, internet reimbursement, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day with weekend availability, and there is a performance bonus incentive. The job may require you to commute or relocate to Sangrur, Punjab, so reliable transportation or willingness to relocate before starting work is preferred.
