Role & responsibilities

- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues efficiently.- Document and track client interactions and resolutions to enhance service quality.- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Service Desk Voice Support.- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients.- Ability to analyze and interpret client issues to provide appropriate solutions.- Familiarity with ticketing systems and service desk operations.
