Job Description

Role & responsibilities Provide L1-level IT support to users via phone, email, or on-site. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues. Log incidents and service requests accurately in the ticketing system. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams. Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and systems. Ensure resolution of issues within defined SLAs. Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures. Preferred candidate profile
