Service Delivery Executive

As a Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of service operations to ensure the timely installation, maintenance, and repair of appliances. Your role will involve monitoring service workflows, optimizing processes for efficiency, and implementing service policies and standards to enhance the overall customer experience. In this position, you will also be tasked with addressing customer complaints, ensuring quick resolutions, and monitoring customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Maintaining high service quality and response time will be crucial in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and support. Team and vendor management will be a key aspect of your role, where you will supervise field service technicians and customer support teams.
