WE ARE HIRING IMMEDIATELY FOR THE ROLE OF SERVICE COORDINATOR. 1-3 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR SALARY UP TO (15000 TO 25000 BASED UPON YOUR EXPERIENCE) Responsibilities: Client Needs Assessment and Service Planning: Assessing client needs: Service coordinators identify and evaluate the specific needs of individuals or groups requiring assistance. Developing service plans: Create and maintain customized service plans, outlining the necessary support and resources. Coordination and Scheduling: Scheduling appointments: Manage and coordinate service appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimizing delays. Managing service delivery: Oversee the coordination of services, ensuring they are delivered as planned and on schedule. Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintaining client records: Keep detailed records of client interactions, service plans, and other relevant information. Problem Solving and Issue Resolution: Handling complaints and escalations: Manage customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels.
