Service Advisor

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and ascertain their automotive service needs.
• Utilize effective listening skills to understand customers' concerns and complaints.
• Provide accurate and detailed information on service options and repairs available.
• Prepare work orders and communicate the necessary repairs to the service technicians.
• Maintain customer records, including service history and payment transactions.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction post-service.
• Manage customer payments and financing options for repairs and services.
• Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of services.
• Address and resolve any customer concerns or disputes professionally.
• Stay updated on service promotions, warranty policies, and automotive technologies.
• Ensure the service area is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff members as needed.
